Catalysts for Change 2 – Projects Funded

3rd August 2016

The six projects selected to be funded through Catalysts for Change 2 have been released.  Each of these projects was funded  for their focus on improving the health and wellbeing of a particular marginalised group.  Importantly, all the projects are about empowerment, helping people to help themselves, with a strong emphasis on integration and culture change.

For more information on each of the projects, follow this link.

More information on these projects as they advance will be added to their individual webpages.
