The Scottish Government has recently launched TWO consultations onto different aspects of the Children and Young People’s (Scotland) Act 2014.
There is a consultation into Part 12 (Services in relation to children at risk of becoming looked after etc) about the provision of Orders, and another about the making, consideration and determination of complaints concerning functions relating to Parts 4 (Named Persons) and 5 (Child’s Plan).
The Part 12 Consultation is open until Friday 16th October, and the consultation on Parts 4 and 5 until Friday 30th October.
