QNIS team attends the Garden Party at Buckingham Palace

QNIS was honoured to be invited to Buckingham Palace to attend the Garden Party for those working in Education and Skills from across the nations.

 Four people dressed in vibrant, formal summer attire stand smiling in front of Buckingham Palace on a clear, sunny day. Each person is wearing a unique outfit with bright patterns and floral designs, along with decorative fascinators or headpieces. Two - far left and on the right - wear sunglasses and all appear to be enjoying the festive atmosphere, surrounded by a well-dressed crowd gathered outside the ornate palace gates.

Sarah Doyle, QNIS Chief Executive and Nurse Director; Hazel Borland, QNIS Trustee; Dawn Cruse, Business Support Manager, and Emma Legge, Professional Nurse Lead, attended this memorable afternoon.

The sun shone for the entire event which included performances from military bands, a performance from young ballerinas, ample opportunity to explore the stunning grounds and of course, a very British Afternoon Tea.

The group did catch glimpses of the King and Queen, who met with some of the guests. All guests were made to feel welcome, and staff were on hand to ensure that everyone had an enjoyable day.

Sarah, Hazel, Dawn and Emma felt privileged to be part of such a special event, representing and celebrating the work of QNIS, in the company of our Royal Patron, HRH Queen Camilla.
