In what way has the Queen’s Nurse programme made a difference to how you practice?

For me undertaking the Queens Nurse programme has been one of the most positive and inspiring journeys I have ever experienced.

The Queens Nurse coaching programme offered me the unique opportunity to examine and reflect deeply on my personal and professional life. It took me on a deeply personal journey of self-exploration and belief, allowing for both personal and professional growth.

The programme unlocked my confidence to champion community nursing, advocating passionately and confidently for my profession. A profession I am proud to be a member of, a profession that is steeped in history and the lynchpin of community healthcare.

Becoming a Queen’s nurse reminded me of what I love about my career and profession, the privilege to care for the most vulnerable members of our community.
