What difference do you hope to have on the health and wellbeing of those you care  for?

CHAS support babies, children and young people whose time is precious. I hope to support my team to help these children to live as full a life as they can, for as long as they can – spending time with family making memories.

I hope to influence national strategy and frameworks – encourage collaborative working with other health and social care providers thereby enabling choice for children and families around preferred place for End-of-life care.

I hope that by building good relationships and gaining in-depth knowledge of existing local health and social care services, any child in Scotland can be supported to die safely and with dignity in their own home if this is their wish.
