Born in Edinburgh, Tim is an actor, writer and film-maker who founded Lyre Productions to make contemporary Scottish feature films. He wrote and produced award-winning Scottish road movie The Inheritance, Edinburgh love story The Space Between, and schizophrenia love story road movie Riptide. Tim gave permission to host Riptide on the QNIS website for community nurses and the rest of our audience across Scotland and beyond to screen the film at home.
In the final instalment of the QNIS Winter Wellbeing Evenings Christie Watson, British author of ‘The Courage to Care’ and former paediatric nurse gets into conversation with Tim Barrow about the film. We invite you to join in the conversation and hear from the Director about the making of Riptide.
