QNIS has a long history of training and providing professional support for health visitors and nurses working in the community. Whereas the health visiting service has been granted in the past, the Children and Young People (Scotland) Bill is an opportunity to reaffirm Scotland’s commitment to health visiting as a vital service in the early years.
