Eligibility criteria
Working as a community nurse or midwife in primary care* in Scotland
Working predominantly with people living in the most deprived areas in Scotland
Able to commit to attending the programme of online workshops
Able to confirm support from your line manager to attend monthly until end March 2023
Interested in relational psychodynamic ideas (you don’t need prior experience, but interest is essential)
Willing to bring clinical practice reflections for shared discussion
*We use the definition of primary care published by the Primary Care Clinical Professions Group, which includes but is not limited to district nurses, primary care mental health nurses, health visitors, midwives, homeless access/outreach nurses, general practice nurses, care home nurses, prison nurses and others
